Complications-Apple Watch Series 4

There are quite a few older complications which are not (yet?) available for the two new faces (Infograph and Infograph Modular. Amazingly, some of the missing complications are 1st party Apple complications, not 3rd party developer complications.

Some folks over in this thread: ( Re: Infographic face missing Mail and Messages complcation ) are pretty upset about it, particularly the missing messages complication with the new messages counter, the phone complication, the email complication, the home complication, etc.

Those who are annoyed that they cannot use their favorite complications on the new faces have been submitting their feedback to Apple via this form: https://www.apple.com/feedback/watch.html. Why not add your voice to theirs?

I’m sure you didn’t use Infograph ornInfograph Modular on your previous phone, because they were only introduced 10 days ago with Series 4, and they are exclusive to Series 4. Earlier series can’t support Infograph so I’m guessing you were using the regular Modular face. This is still available in WatchOS 5 so it might still support your other complications. Otherwise keep your eye on App Store for updates on your apps which might take a while to get submitted and released after vetting.

Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. If you did not purchase it from Apple then you will need to look to the vendor for service or How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD). Or get and read the iOS 5 manual which should be in the iBook Store.

I have the same issue. I use Fantastical 2 and tried to put its complication on Apple Watch Series 4 watch face, but I can't see it when I scroll through possible complications. Is this bug on Apple or Fantastical side?

Many third party apps providing complications will need to be updated before they work with Series 4. Even Apple is still working to get all their complications working for all faces, most notable in the Infograph faces. I have seen some suggestion that the delay is mostly in reworking complications so they work in all locations on the face.
