My iWatch will not pair with my iPhone.

I updated to iOS 12 on my iPhone this morning and my iWatch (3)

does not pair with it. I have tried the "put the iWatch in the window"

and manually, but the iWatch only has an image of "exploding globe"

on it's face. It will not allow anything button to do anything, but reset,

which I have tried a few times. What can I do?

Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. If you did not purchase it from Apple then you will need to look to the vendor for service or How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD).
