I need help

So I need help I’m trying to update my apps but when I click update my phone asks for my apple password and then it brings me to my settings and ask for my billing info and when I type my info in it says that my info is being declined ? What do I do to resolve this problem so I can update my apps again I have 35 apps to update

Check that the billing information was entered correctly. If so, contact your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
