Buy wrong item

I bought Iphone in apple pacific centre Vancouver Canada.

and now I realrize i got wrong item. And I am very upset now.

I said i want to buy64g iphone xr max

But i got iphone xs256g

I bought it with my friend Park areum and ordered the same item, but I received a different one from her.

I checked it now but i need transfer to montreal.

So I cant go there

Can I change it in other apple store? Or refund?

Apple provides a 14 day no questions asked return policy. Take it to an Apple Store, return it and get the phone you wanted.
