People can't hear me when they take call from a switchboard?
Hi Community,
I am facing the strangest problem I have ever got with an Iphone.
Basically, it seems that my microphone doesn´t work when I call a support service/ switchboard. In all the other situation like calling a friend directly or recording a video, everything works fine.
At the beginning I thought the problem came from these switchboard / supports services that couldn't hear when they took the call after the waiting music.
But I tried totally customer service of a lot of different, and I regularly face the same issues with most of them. Important to mention that it happens around 50% of the time.
Here is what I have already done to try solving this issue:
- Backup my phone and Erase All Content and Settings
- Turn off the Phone Noise Cancellation
- Update the software to the last IOs version
Did someone already face the same problem?
