What keyboard shortcuts exist picture-in-picture view?

Since Apple introduced Picture-in-Picture (PiP) to MacOS I've wondered if there's anyway to quickly move the PiP between corners using keyboard shortcuts. This would be espeically useful when you need to peek at some information displayed behind the PiP.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), macOS High Sierra (10.13), also applies to Mojave I guess

Apple does not describe any keyboard shortcuts for addressing the PiP functionality. All you can do is drag to a corner of the screen, as discussed in their Watch video using Picture in Picture on your Mac article.
