What is "Hercules"?

Little Snitch is asking if I want to allow "hercules lookup" to connect. What is Hercules? I don't recall installing it.

Mac Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2), 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon

It looks like it is from something called Mac Cleaner Advanced. Ugh. I threw it and associated files out.

I don't have Little Snitch nor would I install it but doesn't it give you any info on what is trying to connect other than a name?
