I have the same problem, very dissapointed with Apple as i saw every iPhone max user has the same issue.
Back your phone up. Log into iTunes from your Mac or PC and do a Restore using iTunes. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes. Log out of iCloud on your phone then do the restore. Mine has been working for 3 days straight.
I have had one replacement it has the same issue been on the issue now they want to reset an set up as a new device I don’t see that being a fix has anyone tried this?
Yeah I did the update and still have the problem when I talked to support they act I’m the only one with the pr
They do what they can.
Recurring but not entirely reproducible bugs like this are the most frustrating to solve by far.
Honestly, don't bother. I tried that (before I just returned it altogether) and it didn't work.
Apple is working on it, but we don't know whether it's software or a hardware glitch at this point.
Regardless, as soon as Apple figures it out, we'll get a fix of some type.
They better hope it’s a software issue, that’s gonna be one expensive recall
Hardware issues can usually be worked around in software.
Even I have same problem on my XS.
Well, it could be software or a hardware issue that gets reset when the phone does.
Regardless, I'm sure we'll get a fix eventually.
Same problem. Iphone xr max.
Yes, unfortunately same situation with XS 512gb - 12.1 iOS. Restart fixes just temporary
