Text in mail overlaps when forwarding with iphone signature

Outlook Email Signature Overlapping Text HI All, I haven't been able to find any commentary on this issue which I'm currently experiencing. For my work, I use Microsoft Outlook App for emails and have done for years with no issue. However, without any known reason (apart from upgrading my iPhone from an 11 to a 13 Pro), but the email signature is the same. My email signature is overlapping with the email I am replying or forwarding. I attach a photo of an example of what it is doing. I have seen and checked emails relating to text overlapping for text sizes and zoom, but I don't think its a viewing issue, it also happens if I send an email from my email to a desktop system, so it must be a glitch on spacing or something? Any help gratefully received. Thanks

E-mail Signature Alignment I have had a nice HTML email signature created, I have added it via the HTML code to my desktop email clients and I've been trying to add it to the iPhone. So I understand and believe that I need to copy and paste the actual sig in to the signature box on the mail settings on the phone. I have done this however when I send a message the signature is centred in the middle of the message rather than appearing on the left. It looks great sending iphone to iphone, but once I send from iphone to desktop (thunderbird and gmail) the signature appears centered rather than aligned left. I have attached an image, I want it to appear under the "Hello" Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks Nick

Image doesn't display in email signature in Mac Mail App when sent from iOS15 Mail App I picked up my new iPhone 13 Pro running iOS15 last week. I've installed my HTML email signature that worked fine (and continues to work fine) on my old iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 14.8. If I send out an email with my signature from my new phone, the signature displays fine in all email clients (Hotmail/Outlook, Gmail, Outlook for Mac) except Mac Mail App (running on M1 MacBook Pro with latest Big Sur 11.6). In Mail App on Mac the signature disappears. If anyone can help with a fix I'd be mighty appreciative! Otherwise I may have to return the new phone to Apple 😟

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. If I understand your issue, when in the Mail app on your iPhone, the text appears to overlap making it difficult to read the message. I'm happy to help!

First, force close the Mail app: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support , then restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support . After you've restarted, see if the issue continues.

If it does, backup your iPhone: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support , then reinstall the iOS software using the steps under the "Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again" section of If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support .
