Outlook Email Signature Overlapping Text

HI All,

I haven't been able to find any commentary on this issue which I'm currently experiencing.

For my work, I use Microsoft Outlook App for emails and have done for years with no issue. However, without any known reason (apart from upgrading my iPhone from an 11 to a 13 Pro), but the email signature is the same.

My email signature is overlapping with the email I am replying or forwarding. I attach a photo of an example of what it is doing.

I have seen and checked emails relating to text overlapping for text sizes and zoom, but I don't think its a viewing issue, it also happens if I send an email from my email to a desktop system, so it must be a glitch on spacing or something?
