Using my AppleCare in 2 years if phone isn’t broken?

I’m very careful with my phones, and I brought the apple care JUST in case I didn’t do something to my phone. But am I only allowed to use that if my phone is actually broken? Can go get a new phone and just use my warranty if it’s almost up? I mean I did purchase it.

No I’m saying, I take care of my phone and if I break it I can go to apple and get a replacement for 99$, what if. I don’t break it, can I still get a replacement if my warranty is almost up?

No you can't. You only get the discounted replacement for phones which have been accidentally damaged.
