OK, sorry. I thought you were being sarcastic, as that was the first thing I looked for. Can't find it. Will try Verizon next. Thought there might be somewhere in my phone that had at least date of manufacture.
Another way you can know the purchase date is by checking when the 1 year limited warranty expires in https://checkcoverage.apple.com
The limited warranty starts counting from the date of purchase, and expires exactly one year after.
