Can’t find the measure app in iPad Air2

I Just upgraded to iOS 12 but the measure app is not on my iPad Air 2.

Is this iPad not compatible?

iPad Air 2 WiFi, Cellular, iOS 12

Measure App I just recently purchased an iPhone XR which is running on the latest iOS, however I have discovered that I do not have the Measure app nor is it listed in the App Store. What could be the problem?
