iPad Air 2 slow after iOS 12 update

My iPad started being slow once I updated to the new iOS 12 update. When I’m searching online its slow to load the content. I’ve restarted my iPad various times but the problem persists. I’ve also tried restarting my WiFi modem hoping it just needed a boost, but no luck there. My sister also has the same problem with her iPad (2017 generation). I also don’t have a lot of apps downloaded.

There is no way to revert to a previous iOS once the update is done. None!

My instructions had NOTNING to do restoring an iDevice to a previous iOS. Nothing!

You interpreted/read my posting wrong!

You want this iOS 12.4.1 update, anyways, since it fixes the world-wide group FaceTime bug!

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

Since updating my iPad Air 2 to iOS 12.1.4 its internet connectivity speed has slowed to a snail's pace. I tried to follow the instructions given by MichelPM to remove the update, all the other ideas suggested having failed, but was unable to see anything resembling "iOS 12.1.4" in the list of apps generated under storage.

Can anyone tell me how to rid my iPad of this horrible update? It has made my iPad virtually useless.

Since you already installed the latest version (12.1.4), there is nothing to delete because there is nothing to download and install. I would try backing it up, factory reset the device and set it up as a new device. Test and find out if there's any difference.
