Airplay Device no longer compatible with iTunes after upgrade

I am playing iTunes on my laptop (Windows 10 PC)

My airplay device (Speaker) is no longer compatible with iTunes after upgrade to 12.9.0.167

The speaker works without any error from my iPhone X (which was also upgraded to iOS12)

null-OTHER, Windows 10, iTunes 12.9.0.167
