I updated my Macbook Air 2014 version to Mojave and when I connect my Bose QC 35 II wireless headphones, I can only hear from one side of it. This started happening since I have updated to Mojave. It was working fine until I was on High Sierra.
Anyone facing similar issues?

have you checked the balance of your bose under sound preferences for your bose headphones? I went under bluetooth clicked on bose headphones and then selected "open sounds preferences" and selected output and balance was off.

right there with you as well. trying to get an answer to this as well.
I found a solution. You need to adjust the balance by going to the sound preferences in the output tab.
