Jpg thumbnail issue on Mojave

Just installed Mojave. In the finder window, jpeg files do not show images in its thumbnail.
Is this a bug? Is anyone facing a similar issue?

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017), macOS Mojave (10.14)

Ok, i've got solution!

Turn off your Mac
Trun on and hold SHIFT whole time until u see login screen
Log in and check finder, if everthing is OK
It itś OK, restart your Mac normally and it should be ok.

Finder, Menu > View > Show View Options (Command - J),

& check the box: Show icon preview:

Same issue here, "show icon preview" checked and still doesnt work :/

Hey, thanks for the suggestion guys.
I can see thumbnail images in Safe mode, but the same issue after restarting.

didn't work. sometimes when I click on the thumbnail with Quick Look and I close it, the photo shows but not always and I can't do that with 1000's of photos
