Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions

I have the iPhone 8 and every time I try to download something from the apple store “Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed” show up and I need help fixing that User uploaded file

I understand you're unable to download apps from the App Store, as you're receiving a prompt to read and accept the terms and conditions for Apple Media Services. Further, you're receiving this alert in a loop after you select to continue with reading the terms and conditions.

I suggest the following troubleshooting steps to help with this behavior:

  • Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  • Sign out of the iTunes & App Store, sign back in, and test the issue. Keep in mind, signing out of the iTunes & App Store will remove music downloaded for offline listening if you're an Apple Music member. To sign out of the iTunes & App Store: tap Settings > iTunes & App Store, then tap your Apple ID and select Sign Out.
  • Test connecting your iPhone with a different network. For instance, does this occur with using both Wi-Fi and cellular data?
