I am in the supported app in MacOs Mojave and trying to take a photo from my iPhone to the notes app and I am getting a could not import picture and iPhone device timeout. I have ios12 and also have hand off enabled on both Mac and iPhone X please advise? Also see the screenshot of the error on Mojave

I could not find the file too. There is a work around for finding it.
In finder menu bar select Go => Go to Folder or hit Shift + Command + G and type "/Library/Preferences/" without the "" and click enter.
Then you will find com.apple.Bluetooth.plist there. Delete it and reboot your system it will work. Enjoy.....
My iPhone is running the released version of IOS 12.0 and I get this issue.
Restart your phone and computer. Works fine afterwards.

I don't have this file on my Mac.
This appears to be a general problem with Hand-Off. I am also noticing that Safari hand-off between iPhone and Mac is also not working. My iPad is working fine.
Do you look at /Library Folder?
Cause I'd have searching at /Home_Folder/Library/ instead and not found the file too...
I have totaly issue with continuity when I upgraded to Mojave and ios12 on iPad Pro 12.9.
Although Hand-off is activated on MacBook Pro (2017) and iPad Pro, but it doesn't work at all.
I was able to get it to work by logging out of my iCloud account on the iMac then logging back in.
I didn’t have the chance to share but that worked for me too. Log out from iCloud from everywhere, reboot devices and log back in.

I have the same issue. I wonder how apple didn’t find the problem through all of their tests and beta version.
