Apple Music payment

Hi, I don’t use Apple Music. Nd every month it takes money out of my bank account! Especially when I have the money sitting there for fuel etc I go to use my card and Apple have taken the money for Apple Music. Not happy at all.

Every subscription through iTunes comes with a confirmation email from the iTunes Store, listing all the details, as well as invoice emails for every payment after that. That should keep users informed and not be surprised.

Do let us know if the subscription page doesn’t list an Apple Music subscription for you.

Hi, I didn’t even know I had a subscription. I’ve never used it in my life so why would there be one? I don’t know how much money has been taken but I’m not happy at all. Especially when the money is needed
