MacBook Air not working.
Hi,
Apparently my AIR stopped working without any reason. When given to Apple's care centre , the engineer told me that the motherboard had a short-circuit in it and the wi-fi device has also stopped working. According to the Care, the reason behind the short-circuit is moisture in the air an I have spilled something on the Mac.
MOISTURE- I cannot believe.
SPILL- Till this date I haven't spilled anything on my Mac. It was clearly visible when the Mac was opened.
For checking this they took around Rupees 3000 (Indian currency). After that they are telling me to getting it fixed will cost me almost Rupees 54,000 (Indian currency). This is the main part that the cost of new MacBook Air in India is the same of getting it repaired.
Please tell me now that how can a customer can rely on Apple products when the repairing price is almost the price of buying a new ones. It is really hard for person who is still studying, working hard to live and this happens suddenly. The customer is no-where now. I don't know what decision I should take. You broke my trust Apple.
Thank you.
