Edit Mindful Minutes in Apple Health

Hello,

I forgot to enter a meditation I did on Friday (it's now Tuesday). I added it, but forgot to change the end date to Friday's date- so it thinks I meditated for 4+ days. How can I either edit or delete this entry?

Thanks!

Casey

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, 624CAB!

I understand you accidentally entered the wrong end date on the Health app when logging in Mindful Minutes. I'd be happy to provide information on how to edit this.

Here's a helpful guide: Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch

Enter data

You can enter data that isn't tracked by an app or device. For example, if you get your blood pressure from a doctor's visit, you can enter it.

  1. Open Health, then tap the Health Data tab.
  2. Tap a health category, like Vitals.
  3. Tap a data type, like Blood Pressure.
  4. Tap User uploaded file.
  5. Enter the date, time, and data for that activity.
  6. When you're finished, tap Add.

Since it doesn't mention it specifically in the article, add a new entry to Mindful Minutes with the correct information. Then go to Health app > Mindfulness > Mindful Minutes > Show All Data and delete the incorrect entry.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
Have a great day!
