Customs to lithuania
if i order the apple watch series 4 to Lithuania can the customs my order and ask money for it?

Please note that Apple doesn’t ship internationally so you need to be cautious about buying from a third party reseller.
You will need to check exact customs regulations locally, but if Lithuania is like other EC countries you have duty and tax free conditions if you are importing from another EC country. If you buy from outside EC you may (almost certainly will) get hit with import duty and VAT.
