My apple ID has been disabled

My apple ID has been disabled.

Every time I try to create a new one, it tells me I

need to type in an e-mail address so it can send a code that

I can verify. I can't use my current e-mail, because that is the ID that

has been disabled. Since it's telling me it needs an e-mail, I don't have any

other e-mails to enter, so I'm completely stuck. Any suggestions???
