HRV - Heart Rate Variability data not tabulated in my Apple Watch Series 4. How do restart the computation of HRV?

Used new Apple Watch Series 4 since 3 days ago and the device has tabulated HRV daily at various times.

I am not sure what Heart functions/apps measure and tabulate the data but more recent HRV has not posted for almost a day.

Nothing has changed with the device or the point of contact with me, so I am puzzled by the lack of new HRV data.

BPM are being measured and posted on my iPhone X all day.

I have called Apple support twice already and both advisors could not offer any solutions.

It’s possible it only takes an HRV when you first put the watch on, or if you use the Breathe app, as that is how it operated in the past. With Series 4, and now WatchOS 5, that *may* have changed, however. I’m curious, too.
