After installing Mac OS Mojave, and reboot my MacBook Air 2015, nothing is working. I tried recovering. But wifi although turned on don't see any access point that is near. No access point at all..
Now, I am left at no computer to use anymore.
How will I be gaining my working MacBook Air 2015 to meet my deadlines!!???

You can always fall back to your previous macOS to get back up and running, using Time Machine or a Boot Clone.
macOS Sierra / High Sierra / Mojave: Revert to a previous macOS version
I got 10 backups of my files, and other installation disks. Includes: cloud drives, .external drives, and even the Mac OS X High Sierra USB offline Installer.
The thing is that whenever I am on the installation, and on the internet recovery it keeps on promting that it could not contact the the recovery server.
Looking at my wifi, it is turned on and cannot find any router I can see around during booting.
It sounds like you didn't have a backup. If so, now you know why you should have had one, if not two.
You should have a bootable cloned backup on an external drive. Ii’s Much more useful than copying files and reinstalling software, an Internet connection would not be needed.
