Apple iphone Xs e sim not supposed uk

has any body got any information on when the e sim will be supported on iphone in the uk. I only purchased the new Xs because of the dual sim function and no carrier supports the e sim function.

Actually, they did. You just missed it. Read footnote 11:

The eSIM function will be rolled out in an iOS 12 update later this year. No one here knows when. No one on this forum works for Apple and we are not privy to any "secret" information.

EE would be the one to offer more information, and if they cannot, we certainly here cannot either.

I did neither apple or EE can give me a date. I think they should have informed people that you can’t use it as a dual sim phone until later this year. I only upgraded from an iPhone X for this purpose.

It IS on the spec sheet. As I said footnote 11. Look at the section on eSIM; you will notice an "11" You just did not even bother reading it, even after I linked the spec sheet.

EE will support the eSIM in the UK once it is available later this year. Contact EE.

Shame they didn’t specify it on the spec sheet. That’s only if you go on the help page. The spec sheet says dual sim. Nano and e sim, nothing to do with it doesn’t yet work.
