Thank you so much for your response, However it helps me none 😟..
It tells me I've made no purchases when I Click on 'purchased' both in the Appstore and in the Apple Music Store.
Also if I try to make purchases in the App Store, it then tells me "This Apple ID has been disabled".

I've tried, but no luck.
