my apple id was disabled, so i establised a new apple id. now i cannot get into my itunes account. how do I get to my music?

This was a huge mistake.
Your old Apple ID owned whatever music, apps, movies, etc. you had purchased. Your new Apple ID owns none of this. It’s as if the new Apple ID represents a different person.
You should abandon the new ID and fix the old.
