hi! I have a problem with App Store. My wife id:nastyaagapi@icloud.com has installed a game for a day or two and deleted it. In a month or more I have e message that I have to pay 40$ for it, but she didn’t use it. There were 3 days to play for free. She used it only once and deleted. Could you help , please??? “Words pick quiz“ is the name of the game.
P.S. Because of this problem she can’t download new apps and do anything in AppStore.
