Is there a way to track and limit data usage on iOS 12?

Is this possible? Either with the built in features of iOS 12 or some other third party app?

You can see a running tabulation of how much data is being used, broken down by app, in Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data.

I'm not aware of any way to limit your own data use (though I guess the new Screen Time features will help) except by being aware of where the data is going and maybe turning off cellular data for apps that are problematic.
