Headspace app not being recognized by Health app

I’m unable to sync my Headspace app with the Health app. It’s a recommended app and I’ve been able to sync it before but it doesn’t show up under Sources.

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I see that you're encountering an issue syncing your Headspace app data with the Health app.

When were you last able to sync your data? Have you tried a restart of your iPhone since? If not, give that a try using the steps in the resource titled Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch .

Are you using the most up-to-date iOS version, and the latest version of Headspace? If not, making a backup of your device, and then updating, are great steps and may help resolve this. This will show you How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and this will help you Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch .

Once you ensure your iPhone is updated, or if it already is, open the App Store and tap Updates. If there's an update for Headspace, install that and then see if you're able to view it under your Sources.

If you've completed all of the above, the next best step will be to use this article If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open .
