How to change health app BP source from inactive to active?

Have been using OMRON Connect with my BP device for years and never have had a problem in syncing the info on the OMRON Connect app to Apple Health app. Since upgrade to ios16 it has stopped syncing data to Health app when I look at data sources for the BP data the app shows up on list but says its "inactive". Have tried a variety of ways (uninstalling/reinstalling OMRON App, hitting edit on the app list, resetting all iPhone settings) but can't find a way to make it active.


Is this a know bug or am I missing some setting? Thanks in advance for any assistance

I'd start by contacting OMRON and finding out if the app has been updated to work with iOS 16.
