mojave mail issues

I just updated to Mojave and emails from MAIL are being rejected. This is the message that pops up. Any thoughts????

SMTP error from remote server for RCPT TO command, host: (216.32.180.42) reason: 550 5.7.511 Access denied, banned sender[74.208.4.194]. To request removal

Hi, I been using the dark mode a few days but decided to switch back, clicking on preference in mail only opens a window with fonts and colours with nothing in it, nothing else there is no other option in mail preference.

Any advice see pic attached
