My 2007 Mac has been running at around 130-140 degrees Fahrenheit, and i have cleaned it with compressed air before but it seems that it is not effective anymore,so my question is can an Apple Store be able to clean the inside of my Mac? and if so, how much will it cost?

With very few exceptions Apple will not work on a Mac that old. Please see this Apple article:
NEVER EVER blow air into a Mac, use a vacuum to remove dust. As far as cleaning the interior, you will need to contact your local Apple store to see if that is service they offer and what the cost is. If they do not offer it, contact an independent AASP.
If you are comfortable opening it up and putting it back together you can do it. Frankly, I would use the OWC (www.macsales.com) video for instructions. They are at OWC Install Videos
UPDATE: i vacuumed my mac like user told me to do and has worked well, but i decided to to do a complete reset and now my mac runs a whole lot cooler, it must have been a program that caused it to run hot. thanks to everyone that replied
I have never had that issue, if it is a concern then ground the vacuum. Blowing air into an iMac simply blows more dust inside which defeats the whole purpose.
Wouldn't a vacuum cause static?
True—- i’d say it’d be time to open ‘er up and get the compressed air ready. For that , i dunno? Ifixit for a rough guide? Hmm , what do you think?
