You should get a reply within 48 hours of contacting iTunes Support saying whether they will or won't refund you, if it's been longer than that contact them again (including your case number if you have one). If they do agree to refund you it can then take seven to ten days or so for a refund to go back to a credit card, a few days back to an account's balance

It looks from your screenshot that iTunes Support have agreed to refund you

Quite possibly, though it the actual refund may not have yet made it your credit card or balance
