Touch Bar icons small in Mojave

Hey, my favorites icons in Safari are not filling up the buttons and show up as small icons like this:

Anyone else experiencing this? I've tried deleting the cache several times and nothing changes. I have no other issues with the Touch Bar or Mojave in general and would hate to reinstall everything for something this minor.

Any suggestions?

Yep! I have the same problem on my 2016 MacBook pro. I am running latest version of MacOS Mojave 10.14.1 and on 12.0.1 Safari version. I hope Apple fixe this problem quick, because it is very frustrating .
