Quicktime 7 Pro no longer registered

I bought Quicktime 7 Pro years ago, and it appears it's no longer registered, so it's reverted to the free version. If I try to reregister, it takes me to http://quicktimepro.apple.com/ and tells me the site can't be reached.

I know Quicktime 7 is no longer supported, but has Apple decided to deregister all the copies out there?

Once again, with pictures this time.

Pull up the registration menu.

A window opens to enter your registration details. Don’t click the ‘Buy’ button.

Enter the correct details, and focus a new field afterwards. ‘Pro’ will be activated. Close the window when done.

You don’t need to go to any website to re-register. And you can’t anymore. That was for new registrations. Existing registrations do not need that site. That site stopped shortly after the sale of Pro licenses stopped (mid 2016).
Just add your name, org, and code to the application, exactly as in the original email, to unlock the Pro features. Use the tab key to go to the next field, and end with another tab. (The last change of ‘focus’ for the field is what confirms the change of the registration status.)

I appreciate the time and effort you've put into helping poor stupid me, but as I said in my earlier reply to you, I did exactly that. Here's the sequence of events (without screen shots):

1. I opened Quicktime 7, expecting to use Pro, only to find it was no longer the Pro version. No Pro functions were available.

2. I went to the Quicktime 7 menu, clicked on Registration, and entered into the registration window the exact same registration name and code that are in my email from years ago. I then clicked on the Buy button.

3. A browser window opened telling me that quicktimepro.apple.com could not be found, and the message "Invalid registration" or something similar popped up in the Registration window.

4. Thinking this might be a temporary glitch, I repeated the process several times, with the same result each time.

To sum up: Quicktime 7 Pro somehow reverted to the free version. The registration data that I used when I originally purchased Pro no longer works, and Apple tells me they can't recover my registration data. Apple also tells me they can't explain why my previously registered Pro version was suddenly mysteriously unregistered.

Thanks for trying to help, though.

Do not click the buy button.

Enter your info as per original purchase.

Finish by clicking in another Tab to active as per the screen shots provided.

I did this process yesterday without issue.

BTW: QT 7/Pro is 32 bit and Mojave is the last OS that it will work with unless something changes with Apples 64 bit march forward.
