Can't update Apple Media Services Term & Conditions.

I have 4-5 apps that need to be updated on both my iPhone 8 Plus & MacBook Air but I can't seem to accept the new terms and conditions. When I click on "update" I get the message: "Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions have changed. To proceed, you must read the new Terms & Conditions." When I click OK, it takes me to a blank screen on both my iPhone 8 Plus and MacBook Air with nothing to read or accept.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities and thanks for asking about not being able to accept the Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions. I know you want to get right back to enjoying your iPhone and Mac and it's my pleasure to help you out.

First you'll want to restart each device. On your Mac that will be  > Restart. On your iPhone follow this article: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Then you'll want to sign out and sign back into your Apple ID on Settings > iTunes & App Store. If the issue persists, try different networks, either Wi-Fi or cellular depending on the device.
