Missing resizing handle in split view (second display)

Hello. I use second display (38" Ultrawide LG and 34" Ultrawide LG) as a extension to my MacBook pro 13" 2016 with TouchBar screen. I use split view on the second screen a lot. After updating to OS Mojave the resizing handle between two windows is missing on the second screen and the possibility to resize them as well. Weirdly, it works on the native MacBook screen. But not on the second display. Is anyone of you experiencing that? Is it a known bug or is there any workaround? Thank you

Hi, I have the same problem. Only solution until it will be patched is to move the window and then the bar appears. So for example I'm having terminal window set up right. I drag it to the left by holding the top bar. Then I move it back and immediately change the size. Then the bar disappears once the top bar hides.
