I cannot sign out of my Apple ID.
I don't know my password. Neither do I have the correct birthdate info.
--> I cannot unlock the account.
Please help me to delete the Apple ID from my phone.
I am using a different one on my computer and I would like to connect them.
I already reset the phone, but that doesn't help.
Any ideas?

Contact Apple, once they verify you're the entitled owner of the phone, they'll unlock it for you.
If you make up information and then don’t write down what you put in, it is very easy to forget it. As noted, your only option is to contact Apple support for help.

Hi kb1951. Thank you! I tried this already... But I must have put a different birthdate. (I tend to give wrong information in these internet things for privacy reasons. Now I got the problem... haha)
You need the password to remove the ID.
