Does it show on the account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If it does have you contacted the developer ? If they can't or won't help contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww


If nothing shows on the purchase history : About payment card authorisation holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
