How do I make a genius bar appointment. In the past, we pay a fee to bring our devices into the store for assistance. I have an issue with my MAC and iphone syncing and I want to bring both into an apple store for assistance, I DO NOT want to troubleshoot, chat, or email. I need hands on assistance.

That should point you at a page relevant to your country which has a link to find an Apple Store and make a reservation.
