iPad Pro With Monitor?

Hey,

So I'm seeing a lot of good quality monitors that have USB C connections that charge the laptop while drawing data from it. Could this work on an iPad with a lightning to USB C adapter? Or would it only work if the new iPads have USB C connections?

Thanks!

The only way I know to mirror an iPad ( hard wired without using an Apple TV box and flat screen TV ) to another “video monitor” is to use a flat screen TV with HDMI connectors and use Apple's digital AV adapter with the Apple power block plugged into it to keep the iPad charged up and an HDMI cable to mirror the iPad.

You can purchase a good quality flat screen TV and good quality HDMI cables to use with that iPad.
