How to change tempo of track by dragging the end of the track?

About a week or two ago I was watching a YouTube video of someone making a beat in Logic Pro X and I remember seeing them dragging the track by the end from in between the loop and the flex drag to adjust the tempo of the track. They said it was a smart tempo feature and I cant find the video anymore. I just bought Logic Pro X and I was really excited to try that out but I couldn’t. Does anyone know how to do this?

Try holding the control key while dragging the end of the region if not control, then option.
