how do i contact Apple

I have been double charged on a purchase and have no idea how to contact them to dispute it, its doing my head in,

If it's showing twice on your iTunes account's purchase history (e.g. one isn't just : About payment card authorisation holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) you can contact iTunes Support via the emailed receipt, the account's purchase history, or the 'Contact Support' link at the top right of every page on here
