My reseller says he has no idea what DEP reseller ID. I asked him to contact his distributor, but they have no idea either.

Have you asked them to contact Apple as suggested by the article you linked from?

I did, and my reseller mentioned he spoke to distributor, but they have no idea either.
We're based in India and I don't think many people understand DEP. They are just sales people who sold me the Apple MacBooks.
I have the serial numbers, can I get those enrolled myself somehow? Or any other way to get this solved?
