MacBook Pro 2018 : Touch Bar is not responding to touch after MacOS Mojave update

Since I update my MBP to Mojave, the touch bar suddenly stop responding to touch.
Is it Mojave software bug or Touch Bar hardware fault ? Any fix for that ?
There is no problem when I'm using MacOS High Sierra before.

I can see from your post that the Touch Bar on your MacBook Pro has stopped working since the latest update to macOS Mojave. I know how crucial this is to your computer and would like to help. If you haven't done so already, what I'd suggest first is to reset the SMC. The link below can help with this. Once complete, let me know the results.
