I’m trying to get my printer to work with my iPhone 6 Plus while it’s connected to My Fios. But when I turn on my printer it turned off my FiOS Internet connection, what do I need to do?

Trying to get my printer connected via My Fios and I am unable to connect both to my iPhone 6 Plus when I turn one on it disconnects the other, what do I need to do? Thanks for your help in advance
