Face id not working in app store

Hey there.

My face id is not working when i use app store to download something it always shows me to fill up the password even if i checked face id to work in app store. I get "unable to set up" there was a problem setting up biometric authentication on this device. Please try again later. What can i do? I already reset my face id.

iPhone XS, iOS 12

Problem solved, i changed my apple ID password and now it works

If you haven't done so already, what I'd suggest first is to try the steps listed in the following resource to see if this helps. If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone X or later
